He has advised and assisted thousands of individuals, executives, public leaders and senior military commanders in the resolution of complex problems. He is a problem solver first, combining legal acumen with good judgment, leadership and character. Mr. Barrick is also the managing director of Folkestad Fazekas, P.C., with responsibility over the daily operations and business of the firm. He is active in his community and is presently the Chair-Elect of the Castle Rock Economic Partnership, Chair-Elect of the Daniel’s Gate Recreational Association, past Chair of the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Castle Rock Parks & Trails Foundation and a member of the National Advisory Council for his alma mater. Mr. Barrick recently retired after 20 years of military service in the United States Air Force and Colorado National Guard at the rank of Colonel, last serving as the senior legal advisor to the Adjutant General for Colorado and liaison to Air Combat Command. He is a former Special Assistant U.S. Attorney for the military and maintains a Top Secret security clearance.
