Alan Nochumson is the founding and managing attorney of the boutique law firm Nochumson P.C. He prides himself on providing his clients with practical and creative solutions to even the most complex of issues. As an attorney, author, and lecturer, he practices, makes, and teaches the law.

In conjunction with his substantial land use and zoning practice, Alan assists his clients on every stage of the real estate acquisition and sales process–from purchasing to potentially developing a property to selling it. Together with his team, since 2018, Alan has handled more than 6% of all zoning variance appeals filed in Philadelphia, more than any other law firm in the city.

Alan is active in both the Philadelphia legal and real estate communities. Since 2004, he has been writing a real estate column for The Legal Intelligencer.
