Alexander has represented both Fortune 500 companies and individual clients at virtually all stages of litigation in both state and federal courts in jurisdictions throughout the United States. He has litigated multimillion dollar jury trials in New York, Maryland and Indiana, and has also represented clients in mediation and arbitration settings throughout the country. Currently, Alexander serves as the editor of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Newsletter.

Alexander's recent practice has focused on protecting business interests and contractual rights in the logistics, transportation, motorsports, construction, manufacturing and commercial software industries. Because a significant portion of Alexander’s practice is devoted to prosecuting affirmative claims as a plaintiff, he is able to offer his clients a unique perspective in formulating compelling and effective arguments.

He serves on the board and executive committee of the Indiana Bar Foundation and is active in judging its annual Indiana “We the People” and high school mock trial competitions. While in law school, Alexander was a member of the Exoneration Project, which represents wrongly convicted individuals claiming their actual innocence in post-conviction proceedings. An avid Dayton Flyers fan, Alexander is a season ticket holder for the men’s basketball program at the University of Dayton.
