She has also authored legal practice guidance on litigating before Canadian securities regulators and provided strategic advice to international counsel involved in cross-border securities and commercial disputes.

Before joining TAP Law, Alexandra was a lawyer and Director of Legal Research at Crawley MacKewn Brush LLP, a leading securities litigation boutique. In that role, she played a central part in shaping legal strategy and advising on complex, often novel, high-stakes matters. She continues to be a key advisor on intricate legal and procedural issues, including to litigation funders evaluating securities class actions.

Alexandra received her JD from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2016 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2017. Prior to commencing practice, Alexandra served as a judicial law clerk to the judges of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, including the Divisional Court and the Commercial List.
