With nearly 30 years of writing experience, Allison is adept at drafting appeals based on in-depth legal research and analysis, in addition to drafting dispositive motions, trial memoranda and post-trial motions.

Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Allison served as the head of the appellate department for a New York City law firm where she drafted and argued appeals involving construction (New York Labor Law), asbestos, motor vehicle and premises liability claims. She has experience defending general liability claims, including product liability, foodborne illness, aviation and toxic tort claims.

Allison has appeared for oral argument before the New York Court of Appeals and in the First and Second Departments of the Appellate Division.
