As a passionate and seasoned litigator, Amy represents clients charged by the EEOC, in mediation, arbitration, and in state and federal courts. Along with employment defense, she focuses on business torts: tortious interference, injunctive actions, restrictive covenants, breach of fiduciary duty, conversion, partnership disputes, and contract/quasi-contractual disputes.
A dynamic yet relaxed speaker, Amy regularly conducts employee management and anti-harassment trainings for managers and employees and trains supervisors on how to recognize and respond to accommodation requests under the ADA, FMLA, and state and local laws.
Amy serves as the firm’s Employment Counsel, advising the firm about employment compliance issues (including DEI) and creating and implementing the firm’s multi-state employment policies.
