Anthony Blake Budge is an associate based in Pocatello, ID. The practice focuses on Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, and Securities. Anthony has over 8 years of legal experience. Currently practicing at Cooper & Larsen. Rated 1.0 out of 5 from 1 client review.
Tony Budge is a Cache Valley native who has family roots throughout Idaho.
Tony provides free legal representation to Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) volunteers that advocate for abused and neglected children.
Due to his strong desire to help others, Tony obtained a Special Education degree from Utah State University and taught high school math and English to students with disabilities. After joking about becoming a lawyer, Tony’s wife, Lauren, dared him to take the LSAT and apply for law school. Less than a year later, Tony found himself attending BYU Law School.
While at BYU Law School, Tony continued helping others by volunteering at the pro bono clinic, teaching the beginning golf class to undergrads, and tutoring fellow students who were falling behind in their law classes.
Tony also became the head of the Academic Success Program and worked directly with the Dean of Students to ensure that all those attending law school could be successful.
He also benefited from being in a courtroom nearly every day of his final year at law school; Tony interned with the Orem City Prosecutors office, where he successfully tried multiple jury cases.
Tony graduated from BYU Law School magna cum laude, and received awards for academic excellence, integrity, high ethical standards, and significant contributions and dedication to the community.
Following law school, Tony continued to obtain excellent courtroom experience, as he clerked for the Honorable David Jones in Clark County, Nevada, and then for the Honorable David C. Nye in the federal courts in Pocatello.
Tony is licensed to practice in both Idaho and Utah.
When he is not helping others solve their legal problems, Tony can be found wrestling with his four kids, baking with his wife, or out on one of Pocatello’s golf courses.
