He then moved to our nation’s capital where he served as a Deputy General Counsel for the U.S. General Services Administration; and, later as General Counsel for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management – both in Washington, D.C.
Upon leaving Federal Government, he practiced law with a D.C. law firm and later returned to the State of Texas and became an Assistant Attorney General (and section chief) with the Texas Attorney General’s Office in Austin, Texas.
Mr. Troilo’s practice focuses primarily on landlord tenant law, landlord eviction, public housing authority representation, subsidized / affordable housing provider representation, housing discrimination defense, student housing property issues, real estate law, civil litigation, and collections: mortgage lender and financial institution representation.
