Mr. Perkins, who holds a preeminent AV peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, concentrates his practice in the areas of municipal and county liability, zoning and land use litigation, professional negligence, business and employment litigation, products liability and personal injury. Prior to joining Oliver Maner in 2006, Mr. Perkins worked with a civil litigation firm in Atlanta.Mr. Perkins attended the University of Georgia, graduating magna cum laude in 2000 from the Honors Program with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law in May 2004.

Ben is an active member of the State Bars of Georgia and Florida.
