She began her career in 1987 with a distinguished boutique trial firm. Notably, she became the first female national trial attorney for Owens Corning in asbestos litigation. Few attorneys have had similar exposure and on-the-job training.
In 1999, Beth Klein, P.C. was established. Beth successfully resolved a state-wide class action against American Cemwood for defective roofing materials that impacted many Colorado homeowners. Additionally, she led a pivotal class action against American Family Insurance, resulting in the retroactive enhancement of 27,000 automobile policies to provide better coverage in compliance with Colorado law, benefiting thousands.
Since 1979, Beth has been addressing the injustices of human trafficking and exploitation. Over the years, she has represented victims in civil court, working relentlessly to secure compensation for their damages. Beth Klein has also contributed to crafting legislation for states and governments around the globe, offering her expertise without charge.
Post the massive earthquake in Haiti, Klein collaborated with the US Military, State Department, and numerous families to assist in the adoption process of Haitian children. In January 2024, her humanitarian efforts took her to Uganda with Heal & Thrive to launch a literacy center near Soroti. This center aims to empower 120 widows and single mothers, teaching them literacy skills essential for business and self-sufficiency, thus contributing to the fight against slavery.

Beth has filed lawsuits against military contractors involved in misconduct in war and conflict zones. One notable case, Dawson v.
