Brendan has advised public and private entities dealing with various procurement requirements for construction projects pursuant to local, state and federal law.

Brendan is a former Assistant State Attorney with the Fourth Judicial Circuit of Florida where he represented the state of Florida by handling jury trials, bench trials, motion hearings and depositions. He received his B.A., with distinction from the University of Wisconsin and his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2005. Following law school, Brendan received his LL.M. in Real Property Development in 2007.

He is a member of the Florida and Maryland Bar Associations as well as involved in a number of other environmental professional associations including the Florida Green Building Coalition and the United States Green Building Coalition. Brendan is also involved in the community where he currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Synapse House.
