Brett Williams joined the E. Stewart Jones Hacker Murphy law firm in 2015, becoming the first attorney to join the legal team after the merger of the E. Stewart Jones and Hacker Murphy law firms. Brett works closely with David Murphy and Patrick Seely in the firm’s Real Property Tax Dispute division, where his background in municipal government and the law of real property, along with his keen skills as an advocate enable him to represent the firm’s clients effectively.
During law school, Brett worked as a law clerk in a wide variety of offices and practice areas, including the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation, and Historic Preservation, the Town of Colonie Town Attorney’s Office, the law firm of Flink Smith, LLP, and the Chambers of New York State Supreme Court Justice, Patrick McGrath.
