Hogan has gained significant trial experience as a young lawyer. In February 2025, she was part of the Fishman Haygood trial team that secured a multimillion-dollar verdict in favor of a school board and school operator who suffered asbestos contamination and other damages arising from an abatement negligently performed by a multinational engineering firm and its contracting team.
Notably, Hogan was recently appointed by U.S. District Judge M. Casey Rodgers to the Law and Briefing Subcommittee in the Depo-Provera Products Liability Litigation (Case No. 3:25-md-3140). Additionally, Hogan serves as co-chair of the Bank Defendant Committee in the multidistrict litigation In re FTX Cryptocurrency Exchange Collapse.
