Carl O. Graham is the managing partner of Graham.Law, a Colorado Springs divorce & family law firm. He was an Army JAG officer from 1992 to 2000, whereupon he entered private practice as a family law attorney.

Carl received his B.Sc. in Politics & International Studies from the University of Southampton in the United Kingdom in 1988, and his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law in 1991. He has been chair of the El Paso County Family Law Section, and been a leader in many state & local legal organizations, including the El Paso County Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association Family Law Section, and the Ben Wendelken American Inn of Court.

Carl has taught fellow attorneys at over 30 Colorado CLEs, and won numerous awards. He has created two online guides, Colorado Family Law Guide, and Military Divorce Guide, He is considered the statewide authority on military family law issues, authored “An Introduction to Family Law and the Military” for the Colorado Lawyer, and is author of the Military Parenting chapter of the CBA publication, Practitioner’s Guide to Colorado Domestic Relations Law.
