Casey is a trial partner in the Firm’s Corpus Christi office who handles cases throughout the State of Texas with a special concentration in South Texas. He has extensive experience defending clients in a wide range of practice areas including: trucking and transportation accidents; oilfield and refinery incidents; construction related claims; products and premises liability claims; insurance defense; dram shop litigation; real estate litigation; wills, trusts, and estates litigation; and fiduciary litigation matters.

Casey joined the firm in 2014 after starting his career at a large, global law firm. He received his undergraduate degree from the United States Naval Academy and his law degree from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. While attending law school, Casey served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Royce C. Lamberth, Chief U.S. District Judge for the District of Columbia.

Prior to beginning his legal career, Casey served in the U.S. Navy as a S-3B Naval Flight Officer.
