Casey is involved in all stages of a client’s case, from the initial interview to taking depositions, discovery and motion practice, and trial work. Her favorite part about working on cases is finding the evidence to support a client’s case and secure the justice they deserve.
“My commitment to our clients’ cases is my number one priority,” Casey said. “The legal world can be a tough landscape to navigate, and I want to ensure my clients are informed of the process every step of the way.”
Casey has over 18 years of experience practicing law. Before joining the firm, she worked for a St. Louis law firm in real estate and commercial litigation.
Graduating from St. Louis University School of Law, Casey received her J.D. in 2004 and was in the top-25 percent of her class. Casey also truly understands what it means for an individual to receive a terminal cancer diagnosis and their loved ones after losing her husband to kidney cancer following a three-year fight for his life.
“I am thankful for all the opportunities I had growing up and as an attorney,” Casey said. “I became a lawyer to help people and to serve in the pursuit of justice. I am fortunate that working at Simmons Hanly Conroy allows me to do both.”
