In addition, Mr. Turano has extensive experience conducting litigation in federal court, particularly the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He has second-chaired a condemnation trial in New Jersey Superior Court in which an approximate $10 million verdict was successfully obtained, and has experience frequently arguing procedural and dispositive motions as well as advocating on behalf of clients at proof hearings, mediations and arbitrations.

In addition, Mr. Turano has land use experience, preparing and filing multiple residential and commercial land use applications with municipal Zoning Boards of Adjustment and Planning Boards. He appears at board hearings throughout New Jersey to advocate on behalf of clients with respect to those projects. Likewise, he has had experience in transactional law drafting, reviewing and analyzing residential and commercial leases, contracts, settlement and release agreements, non-competition agreements.
