Prior to opening his own law firm in 2002, Mr. Villasenor worked for two reputable mid-sized San Diego law firms representing major insurance companies in the defense of medical and dental malpractice, real estate, construction and product defects, and general litigation matters.

Mr. Villasenor has invaluable transactional experience in intellectual property and real estate matters. He worked as In-House Counsel for WindRiver, an Alameda based public company, in their Professional Services Division preparing and negotiating complex engineering services contracts and license agreements. In addition, he served as Corporate Counsel for SAIC, a large defense contractor, in their Real Estate Leasing Division, negotiating and preparing large commercial lease agreements across the country.

For over 30 years, Mr. Villasenor has represented clients in effectively resolving and litigating hundreds of complicated business, real estate and personal injury disputes, participated in hundreds of arbitrations and mediations and served as lead counsel in approximately 30 civil trials.
