With a decade of experience defending complex personal-injury matters, Ms. Allert is a skilled trial attorney who handles matters related to medical malpractice, products liability, and general liability. Tasked with managing all aspects of litigation, Ms. Allert handles pre-trial discovery, develops complex strategies, prepares for trial, and provides trial and appellate advocacy.

An active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Ms. Allert has served as the secretary for the Association’s Medical Malpractice Special Committee since 2016. She has also frequently served as court-appointed counsel to alleged incapacitated persons in guardianship actions.
