Hastings. Mr. Garcia along with partner Brian J. McCormack recently were successful in defeating a Motion to Dismiss, interpreting recent U.S. Supreme Court cases in the matter of Jones v. Teledyne Continental Motors, et. al. This opinion was a published in the Federal Supplement 2d. Mr. Garcia also served as counsel in the matter of Sandoval v. Summit Care Corporation, where a Fresno County jury awarded a multi-million dollar compensatory which was the then third largest nursing home verdict in the history of elder abuse litigation in the State of California.
