Mr. Earle’s practice includes filing and prosecuting applications, maintaining registrations and appealing decisions to the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Mr. Earle also represents clients with the enforcement of trademarks, particularly in opposition and cancellation proceedings at the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
