About Daniel P. "Dan" Lawn — Attorney of Pennsylvania personal injury experience

Daniel P. "Dan" Lawn is an attorney based in Philadelphia, PENNSYLVANIA. The practice focuses on Personal Injury.

Prior to joining Raynes & Lawn, Daniel Lawn was a litigation attorney in the Center City Philadelphia office of a large, regional law firm. In his more than 3 years at that firm, Dan gained invaluable experience in all aspects of pre-trial, trial, and appellate practice. He has litigated claims for personal injury, fraud, and breach of contract in federal and state courts. He has experience in all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting large-scale document review, motion practice, and pre-trial discovery. He also has worked with experts of varying specialties in accident investigations. As someone who has always fought for the underdog and having grown up in a plaintiff attorney household, in 2022 Dan decided to join Raynes & Lawn so that he could use his skills, experience, and empathy fighting on behalf of individuals and families who have suffered catastrophic injuries and harm. A 2015 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and a 2018 graduate of the Charles Widger School of Law at Villanova University, Dan served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Gerald McHugh Jr. in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. While in law school, he also interned with the Pennsylvania Innocence Project, assessing wrongful conviction claims. Dan is a supporter of the Dave Palmer Memorial Foundation, a tax-exempt public charity founded by his father that supports children who have lost a parent to an untimely death. As a lifelong fan of all Philadelphia sports, in his time away from the office, Dan likes to attend Phillies, Flyers, Eagles, and Sixers games in South Philadelphia. He also enjoys golfing and spending time with his goldendoodle Rudy at the Schuylkill River Dog Park.
