Daniel graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 2003, cum laude, and earned his B.B.A. from the University of Miami School of Business in 2000, cum laude. After being admitted to the Florida Bar, from 2004-2008 Daniel practiced criminal defense in both state and federal court at an AV-Rated firm handling complex, white-collar, newsworthy criminal cases. Thereafter, he has been exclusively practicing marital and family law since 2008, gaining experience at AV-Rated firms before becoming a partner at PraDa Law. Daniel is a past president of the First Family Law Inns of Court and serves on the Board of Directors. He is a member of the National Association of Distinguished Counsel. Last, Daniel enjoys boxing, martial arts, physical fitness and plays the bass guitar and piano while away from the office. He currently plays keyboards in Chillable Hours, a cover band comprised of 5 U of Miami Law graduates who are known to rock out in support of Dade County Legal Aid.
