I have been practicing law for 35 years in Nevada. After graduating with my bachelor’s degree from University of California, Santa Cruz, I Earned my law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1986 and earned my LL.M. (Taxation) at New York University School of Law in 1987.

I work primarily in estate and business planning, protecting families, businesses, and individuals. I also have extensive probate and trust administration experience, representing several national and regional banks and Trust departments including NV State Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of Nevada, Bank of America, and Premier Trust.

I consider my strength as a lawyer being able to listen and understand my clients needs and deliver appropriate solutions, whether it is a simple Will or sophisticated tax efficient Trust. I have extensive experience with business succession planning, and I have represented clients in business formation and organization, real estate transactions (including leases, purchases, and sales), and probate and trust administration matters.

I an associated with many charitable organizations and currently am a Board Member with the Junior Achievement USA. When not in the office I enjoy cycling, skiing and traveling.
