He is a member of the Florida Bar, Federal Bar and the Florida Justice Association. Mr. Wolf joined the firm in 1998 and for several years focused his work on personal injury, nursing home neglect and medical malpractice cases. Mr. Wolf is the editor for two prominent blogs - the Florida Child Injury Blog and the Child Injury Lawyer Blog, Mr. Wolf has authored over 4000 articles for these sites and has been interviewed and quoted in various newspapers and Time Magazine on child injury matters. Mr. Wolf is the author of 12 books that focus on personal injury and safety issues including the book titled - Florida Automobile Accidents - Personal Injuries - Keys to Protecting and Enforcing Your Legal Rights and the book titled - The ABCs of Child Injury - Legal Rights of the Injured Child - What Every Parent Should Know. For approximately 10 years, Mr. Wolf was active in the Creeks Athletic Association, Youth Soccer Program. He served as a volunteer coach with the Center of Excellence which promotes academy style soccer for children. He also served as a Parent Communicator for the Center of Excellence. He also served the Club as a Team Manager for a Boys Premier Team which is a select travel team.Mr. Wolf was elected as the Secretary of CAA Soccer and served in that position for approximately 4 years. Mr. Wolf then served as a Special Advisor to the Florida Elite Soccer Academy which is one of the largest youth soccer organizations in the State of Florida. In addition to Creeks Soccer and the Florida Elite Soccer Academy, Mr. Wolf coached a number of 3 v. 3 Soccer Teams including the Wood, Atter & Wolf Twisters (Boys Team), the Wood, Atter & Wolf Twisters (Girls Team), and the Wood, Atter & Wolf Team Caution (Boys Team). Mr. Wolf has coached the 3 v. 3 teams in various tournaments in both Florida and Georgia. The Twisters placed 3rd at the National 3 v. 3 Tournament at the Disney Wide World of Sports. The Twisters (Boys Team) won the two Coerver Cup Championships. The Wood, Atter & Wolf Team Caution won the Coerver Cup Championship as well.
Mr. Wolf served as a Board Member for the Jacksonville Jewish Community Alliance for 10 years. During his tenure on the Board, Mr. Wolf was named as an officer (Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary) and served on the Executive Board. The Jacksonville Jewish Community Alliance which runs a nationally recognized day care and pre-school and other programs for children, teens, adults and seniors. Mr. Wolf received the New Leadership Award at the JCA for his work and dedication to the organization. Mr. Wolf was awarded the Esther Leah Ritz Emerging Leader Award which was presented to Wolf at the JCCA Biennial Convention in San Diego, California.
Pie in the Sky St. Johns is a non-profit organization providing food baskets to low income seniors throughout St. Johns County. Mr. Wolf has supported this organization for many years and currently serves as a Board Member.
