A Texas jury in state district court of Dallas County ruled in favor of Dillard’s and awarded Dillard’s $88 million in actual damages and $150 million in punitive damages.David is honored to be a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the areas of commercial litigation and personal injury litigation defense. Chambers USA ranks him as a "Leader in the Field" in the area of commercial litigation.
