Attorney David Weil joined the firm in 1989 and is now a Partner at Nuzzo & Roberts, LLC. He graduated from Franklin and Marshall College in 1982 with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Government, and with a J.D. from George Washington University in 1988, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board. In 1988 he was admitted to the Connecticut State Bar, New Jersey State Bar and New Jersey District Court. Attorney Weil heads the Workers' Compensation Department and his focus is with insurance companies and third party administrators in the representation of employers in workers' compensation claims. He has represented these parties at informal hearings, preformal hearings and formal hearings. He has also successfully appealed cases to the Connecticut Compensation Review Board and Connecticut Appellate Court, including Masko v. Wallingford, 67 Conn. App. 276 (2001) and Donlin v. Cytec Industries, 77 Conn. App. (2003).
