With over three decades of experience, a meaningful percentage of David’s practice is devoted to the legal relationships involving healthcare entities and the entrepreneurial professionals who comprise them.

David chairs the Business Law Section of the Connecticut Bar Association. He previously co-chaired the CBA’s LLC Subcommittee that re-wrote Connecticut’s LLC law which became effective July 1, 2017. David currently chairs the Board of Directors of the Bridgeport Economic Development Corporation (BEDCO) and serves on the Executive Committee of the Bridgeport Regional Business Council (BRBC), championing economic development initiatives in the Greater Bridgeport area. He previously chaired Bridgeport Downtown Special Services District, a special taxing district spearheading Bridgeport’s downtown renaissance.
