Deborah Hope Wayne is a collaborative attorney and mediator who dedicates her professional life to helping people resolve conflict without court intervention. She sits on the Board of Directors of the New York State Council for Divorce Mediation and is a founding member of the Academy of Professional Family Mediators. She is also a former member of the Board of the New York Association of Collaborative Professionals. Ms. Wayne co-developed one of the first law school programs on Collaborative Practice in the United States and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor of Collaborative Law at Pace University School of Law where she has taught for the past 7 years. Deborah attended Bostom University where she received a Bachelor of Arts cum laude, the University of Grenoble, Grenoble, France, and earned her law degree from Pace University School of Law. She is also a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst. Ms. Wayne is an experienced mediator and works as a non-coercive, impartial facilitator to help clients resolve disputes and negotiate agreement as an alternative to litigation. Her training in conflict resolution includes the following areas: prenuptial agreements, special education; parent-teen; and LGBTQ advocacy. Deborah is fluent in French and Spanish.
