He also handles major administrative and court litigation, and FCC Enforcement Bureau proceedings, for a wide variety of clients. As a member of the District of Columbia Bar, Dennis is admitted to practice in the Third, Tenth and D.C. Circuits, and before the Supreme Court of the United States. He is also an active member of the Federal Communications Bar Association (FCBA) and has filled various leadership roles within the FCBA. He served as a co-chair of the FCBA's FCC Enforcement Committee for many years, and previously served as a Member of the FCBA’s Executive Committee and co-chair of its Mass Media and Access to Records Committees. Dennis graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College, and received his law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center, where he served on the editorial board of Law and Policy in International Business. He is a past recipient of the Richard B. Barker Award, given annually by The Barker Adoption Foundation, which serves the Washington DC metropolitan region.
