She also has a strong construction defect practice and has assisted many homeowners and buyers when issues have arisen with their builder and or contractor. In this role, she has advised companies and individuals in a variety of areas including contracts, corporate formation, employment law, bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Dianna has handled litigation matters for Fortune 500 companies, small companies, and individuals. Each case is important to her, and she works hard to have each client gain a positive resolution.
In addition to family and construction defect practice, she has experience in bankruptcy practice representing creditors and individuals in all aspects of Bankruptcy. With her experience, Dianna is frequently called upon to serve as an arbitrator by the Courts and was appointed as a panel mediator for U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Washington. Prior to work at Truce Law, Dianna began her career representing the Colville Confederated Tribes in Grand Coulee, Washington. Thereafter, she was commissioned by the United States Army Judge Advocate General (Army JAG). As an attorney for the Army, Dianna was then responsible for advising commanders regarding compliance with Army, State and Federal regulations, as well as ensuring that each unit within the specific branch was following the Army’s environmental regulations. After leaving the Army, she worked for over ten years with a firm that is currently affiliated with Wong Fleming handling litigation on a wide array of civil matters, as well as managing the family law department. Dianna also successfully ran her own practice based out of Kirkland for over eight years.
