He has successfully represented hundreds of clients in state and federal court proceedings involving claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, whistleblowing, wrongful discharge, retaliation, breach of contract, violation of civil rights, defamation, tortious interference and related claims.
He also has extensive experience in litigation involving the enforcement of non-compete and non-solicitation clauses as well as in negotiating, mediating and arbitrating employment disputes. Mr. Bramley represents clients before administrative agencies such as the EEOC and New Jersey Division on Civil Rights. He also handles reductions-in-force and the drafting and negotiating of employment contracts, restrictive covenants and severance agreements.
Mr. Bramley is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which is limited to attorneys who have won multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements. Fewer than 1% of attorneys in the United States are members.
