"People who hate to lose make effective advocates. I am one of those people."
The standards I set for myself are high because I appreciate the confidence my clients place in me. I have found that success in litigation comes down to preparation and the ability to effectively communicate the important aspects of complex cases to juries and judges. My areas of concentration are workers compensation, medical malpractice and employment law.
I was born in Texas but have since found that I much prefer the hills and lakes of Arkansas. While I enjoy working hard, when I am not in the office I relish my time with my grandsons, and any time I can spend outdoors, whether it is working in my yard, reading on my patio or relaxing at the lake.
