For this, Mr. Nield was admitted to the prestigious American Board of Trial Advocates, or ABOTA.

In addition to his trial experience as lead counsel on medical cases, he has appeared in hundreds of mediation, settlement conferences, and arbitration matters in Riverside and San Diego County Superior Courts. His experience includes helping both plaintiffs and healthcare professionals and entities, gaining valuable experience from both sides of many medical matters.
