My name is Ed Herman and I am proud to be a partner at the Brown and Crouppen family. Fighting for the rights of individuals is the reason I became a lawyer. I love the fact that we can help any person no matter how much money he or she has, and help them fight billion dollar insurance companies and drug companies. We level the playing field for everyday people.

After graduating from Washington University School of Law, I spent over a decade handling cases for hundreds of injured people. Since joining Brown & Crouppen, I have turned my attention to educating the public about their legal rights. I realized that there is a lot of important information that isn’t taught in schools, like what to do when you are in an accident, and what type of insurance coverage you need to have to protect yourself.

Big Insurance and Big Pharma would love to keep us quiet and leave the public uninformed. But as long as I am a partner at Brown and Crouppen, it will always be my mission to let the public know about any information that affects their safety or their rights. We will not be intimidated. We will always fight for what is right.
