I have been a trial lawyer for the past forty years and have successfully handled many high profile criminal and civil matters as well as a variety of more common criminal cases and civil cases. I am an avid cyclist and have cycled in Europe and in various states in the U.S. I have completed the two day, 192 mile ride known as the Pan-Mass Challenge to raise money for the DanaFarber cancer center for 32 years in a row. I live in Walpole, MA and have offices in Leominster and Walpole. I have appeared on numerous local and national television shows as an expert commentator on important high profile legal matters.
