I am passionate about providing clear, logical legal advice and counseling to assit my clients through any family law related matter. Oftentimes clients need to feel heard and understood, but also need guidance in how to deal with the issues they are handling that exceed just legal advice. Clients need a guiding hand through the process and I seek to do that for them. I truly believe most cases can settle with a creative eye towards resolution, but I am fully ready to bring that same creativity to the courtroom if it is needed. I endeavor to have a no-nonsense apporach to the practice so we can effectively resolve disputes in a way that limits the family involvment with the court process. As an American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Fellow and Board Certified Specilaist, I am well equipped with an advanced knowledge of the law to provide advice that can hopefully bring meaningful resolution without dragging out the process. I truly believe it is worth hiring an expert in Family Law, as you may spend a little more per hour, but less overall becuase the process can hopefully be resolved expeditiously.
