Biography

Eran Lagstein, business attorney serving Los Angeles

Eran Lagstein is a member based in Los Angeles, CA. The practice focuses on Business, Civil Rights, and Class Action. Eran has over 26 years of legal experience. Currently practicing at Lagstein Law Firm, P.C.. Eran works from Los Angeles, California and takes on business matters across the region.

Born in Israel and raised in Las Vegas, Eran is dedicated to fighting for the rights of the injured. His education in Psychobiology, along with his background of coming from a family of physicians, endows him with a considerable level of understanding and compassion for the suffering experienced by accident victims, as well as the extent of the impact an injury may have on an individual's life.

Eran attended UCLA, receiving his B.S. and graduating magna cum laude and in the top 8% of his class of over 10,000. He pursued his legal education at the UCLA School of Law, where he achieved his Juris Doctor degree in addition to receiving recognition as one of the leading oral advocates and legal writers in the state. Acceptance to the bars of both California and Nevada followed immediately after graduation, as he passed the exam for each state in one attempt.

Since founding the Lagstein Law Firm, he has earned a reputation as a dedicated advocate for the injured, and a tenacious litigator who will not back down from any opposition on the part of an insurance company or any opponent. He knows that car accidents, medical malpractice and other mishaps often leave the victim with overwhelming bills for treatment and a significant loss of income, in addition to the pain and suffering of the injury, and works diligently to help his clients recover the amount they deserve in a personal injury settlement.

Though Eran's practice is focused primarily on representing plaintiffs -- in other words, the person or business that filed the lawsuit -- Eran also defends people and businesses against frivolous and meritless lawsuits. Eran recognizes that, on occasion, the true "victim" is the person or business who is being unfairly sued, and Eran is very passionate and aggressive when he defends against unfair lawsuits.
