Erika Judd practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, construction litigation, real estate, insurance defense, criminal defense, and family law. A native of northern Idaho, Erika obtained her undergraduate degree in 2005 from the University of Idaho with a Bachelor of Arts in French and International Studies. In January 2005, and continuing through January of 2009, Erika worked as a licensed realtor at Moscow Realty. Here, Erika gained a comprehensive and practical understanding of real estate transactions as well as real estate development and construction. This experience and insight now compliments her law practice. In 2009, Erika received her J.D. from the University of Idaho, where she was a member of the Bankruptcy Moot Court Team, president of the Board of Student Advocates, and a legal intern with the Small Business Legal Aid Clinic. Following graduation, Erika clerked for the Honorable Thomas J. Ryan, Third Judicial District of Idaho, chambered in Caldwell, Idaho. Erika's clerkship provided her with an opportunity to gain experience in nearly all aspects of criminal and civil litigation and the judicial process. As a law clerk, Erika was able to further develop and refine her research and writing skills while observing and interacting with experienced judges and litigators.
