Mr. Bode is a member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and active in the Defense Research Institute (Products Liability Sub-Committee) and the Pennsylvania Defense Institute and is a former member of the Pittsburgh Legal Journal staff and the Allegheny County Bar Association Judiciary Committee. In addition, Mr. Bode is a frequent lecturer on Commercial Law and Health Care topics and has authored a chapter in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas Civil Practice Manual and in an orthopedic surgery text.
