He joined the firm in 2020 to start the Boston office and concentrates his practice on representing permanently injured people in lawsuits concerning catastrophic motor vehicle accidents, bicycle accidents, trucking accidents, wrongful death and premises liability.

Garrett also serves as a Commissioner for the Massachusetts Judicial Nominating Commission.

Garrett has obtained substantial compensation for victims of injury through settlements and jury trial verdicts. He has a winning record trying cases in the Superior Court, District Court, and Housing Courts in Massachusetts. He has also resolved dozens of cases at mediation and through arbitration decisions.

Garrett is the author of “Preparation of a Plaintiff’s Case” for the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education Tort Law Manual.
