Mr. Gellis focuses on serving as outside corporate counsel for international private equity investors, pharmaceutical and technology companies, as well as small- and mid-size corporate clients. His practice spans corporate transactions, international trade, cross-border deals, and technology financing. Prior to founding Gellis Law Group, he held the role of executive vice-president and general counsel at London-based Midland Oil and Gas Limited (UK), where he managed legal operations across Europe, North America, and Central Asia. Additionally, Mr. Gellis served as in-house counsel at Swiss-based RGF AG and Zuricher Energie Holdings AG. His comprehensive experience encompasses legal risk management, complex international negotiations, and joint ventures. An alumnus of NYU's Stern School of Business and the Benjamin N.
