Gregg Johnson is Chair of the Business and Real Estate Practice Groups. Gregg joined the Firm in 2011 and became a Partner in 2014. He began his career as a public accountant with Grant Thornton LLP in Cleveland, before entering the legal profession and practicing with Reminger Co., LPA, in Cleveland for nearly five years as a member of its Corporate practice area.
Gregg concentrates his practice on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate matters. In addition, he is experienced in counseling clients through the formation and disposition of all types of business entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, and limited partnerships.
In addition to his practice, Gregg has served on the Board of Directors for Cleveland Lighthouse and Villaview Lighthouse Community Schools. During this time, he was the sole attorney for the Board and advised on various issues, including lease renegotiations and potential purchases. Currently, he serves on the Board of Westshore Montessori School. He is also a member of multiple professional bar associations, including the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.
