Greg is one of the lead litigation counsel for the States of Michigan and Illinois in their respective litigation against PFAS and AFFF manufacturers and other parties regarding PFAS/AFFF contamination. Greg was also one of the lead litigation counsels for the State of Ohio and Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost in its recent $808 million settlement with national opioid distributors that generated national publicity.

In 2012, Greg was inducted into the American College of Trial Lawyers, membership in which is extended by invitation only to "experienced trial lawyers who have demonstrated exceptional skill as advocates and who are recognized as the very best of the courtroom bar."
