Greg Singer is somewhat unique in today’s legal world as he was originally trained as a business lawyer and a litigator. Greg’s legal practice now focuses almost entirely on general business, financing, and real estate transactions, as well as business organizations. However, his background and familiarity with the litigation process gives him a perspective that most lawyers practicing today do not have.
