• As lead counsel, represented service provider and distributor of airport surveillance equipment on an antitrust complaint against a fortune 200 defense contractor, alleging violations of Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act and Section 3 of the Clayton Act, in connection with the market for Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast equipment and services in the United States, which partially survived a motion to dismiss/strike.°
• As lead counsel, defended a 5-count lawsuit, alleging landlord of racial discrimination in violation of 42 U.S.C. §§ 1981-82 and tortious interference in connection with an assignment of a lease, which was dismissed on summary judgment based on the doctrine of respondeat superior.°
• Represented a logistics and shipping company in a trade secrets case under the Defend Trade Secrets Act (2016) pertaining to the misappropriation of trade secrets by an international industry-leading company, whereby the court substantially denied the Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment, leading to a resolution.
• Prepared a complex suit for a property owner, alleging damages in connection with a foreclosure sale of approximately 17-acres of real estate in Fairfax, Virginia, and prepared for and assisted with the trial that resulted in a $1,274,949.06 judgment in Plaintiff’s favor, which was featured on Virginia Lawyers Weekly “Virginia’s Largest Verdicts of 2019” concerning breaches of a promissory note and deed of trust prior to foreclosure.
• As pro bono counsel, assisted and advised a major law school and LL.M. students in obtaining Rule 46(c)(4) waiver from D.C. Court of Appeals.°

• Drafted and testified before the Virginia Senate and House of Delegates in support of SB1234 (2021), which amended Va. Code § 54.1-3926 and became law to provide foreign attorneys an avenue to become licensed as an attorney in Virginia.°
