Mr. Dolowich has extensive experience in all aspects of property and casualty insurance claim management. He has worked on many complex claims involving representations and warranties insurance, directors and officers liability, ERISA and fiduciary matters, insurance agents and brokers, investment advisors, attorneys, accountants, architects, engineers, insurance companies, financial institutions, public companies, and not-for-profit organizations and their boards.

He also counsels clients regarding insurance underwriting and new product development and has assisted many clients in the drafting of insurance policies and endorsements. As an insurance industry leader, Mr. Dolowich also serves as an expert witness on directors and officers liability and professional liability issues.

Mr. Dolowich often speaks at legal and insurance industry conferences, seminars, webinars and in-house client CLE and CE training programs on D&O and professional liability related matters. From 2004 to 2007, he was the co-chair of the Annual PLUS D&O Symposium. Mr. Dolowich also served as a Trustee of the PLUS Foundation Board from 2012 to 2017. In 2021, Mr. Dolowich was elected to the Holocaust Memorial & Tolerance Center of Nassau County’s (HMTC) Board of Directors.
