Mr. Sarkissian received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University in 1993 and attended the Tulane University School of Law, obtaining his Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, in 1997. While in law school, Mr. Sarkissian was an associate editor of the Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law.
