Jaehyun Oh is a New York, New York attorney with the Jacob D. Her medical malpractice matters have included cases involving failure to diagnose uterine cancer, spinal compression resulting in permanent paralysis, resolved for $3 million, failure to diagnose a pediatric brain tumor resulting in permanent vision loss, resolved for $3 million, and failure to timely initiate stroke protocol leading to permanent disability. Her personal injury representations have included a catastrophic gas explosion caused by premises liability, resolved for $7 million, and a case involving limb amputation due to defective machine design.

Jae is fluent in both English and Korean, allowing her to serve clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Educational Studies from Swarthmore College, graduating with High Honors. She received her Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, where she served as an editor of the Civil Rights–Civil Liberties Law Review, worked in the Education Law Clinic advocating for children with disabilities, and was awarded a Dean’s Scholarship in the field of evidentiary law.
