That experience pushed me to a legal career and, for more than 40 years, I have been focused on providing legal representation to individuals, professionals, and businesses, along with their insurance carriers, in a variety of commercial and employment-related areas. In addition to providing advice to reduce or prevent potential legal disputes in business transactions and the workplace. I have extensive experience in the defense of litigated matters involving commercial transactions, products liability, discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, professional malpractice, truck and motor vehicle collisions, and workers’ compensation.
